What to include in your message
- Which service or app you were using, and on which platform (for example ChatGPT).
- What you asked for and what happened instead.
- The approximate date and time.
- If a callback request is involved, the request reference the tool returned.
Please do not send medical details, symptoms, or clinical photographs to support — we are the technical operator, not a clinic.
Common questions
I requested a callback and no one contacted me
Callback requests are delivered to the clinic's patient-coordination team, which calls or emails you back — typically within one business day. If more time has passed, email us with the request reference and we will check that the request was delivered.
Delete my details / withdraw my consent
Email [email protected] with the phone number or email address you submitted. We will act on it and forward the request to the clinic, which holds its own copy. See the Privacy Policy for your full rights.
A price looked wrong or out of date
Prices are indicative "from" figures published by the clinic and are confirmed only after a clinical assessment. If a figure looks inconsistent with the clinic's own website, tell us which treatment and we will check the data source.
Clinical, appointment, or treatment questions
Those are answered by the clinic itself, not by us. Contact Taki Dent at takident.com, or ask the app for a callback.
Report a bug or a security issue
Email us with the details and, for security reports, a way to reach you. Please report vulnerabilities privately and do not test against real users' data.
Service status
The MCP service runs on Cloudflare's global network. If tools stop responding, retry after a few minutes; if the problem persists, email us and include the time and the platform you used.
