1. These terms

These terms govern your use of itexpert24.com and of the software services operated by ITExpert24 LTD ("ITExpert24", "we"), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom — including the assistant app “Turkey Dental Treatment Prices” and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at mcp.takident.com. By using the service you accept these terms.

2. What the service does

The service provides read-only access to information published by Taki Dent, a dental clinic in Antalya, Turkey, on whose behalf ITExpert24 operates the service: indicative treatment prices, treatment listings, the clinic's written guarantee terms, the treating doctors' qualifications, visit logistics, aftercare information, and a summary of patient reviews.

It also offers one optional action: an opt-in callback request, which passes the name and contact details you provide to the clinic's patient-coordination team, with your explicit consent.

The service presents a single clinic's own published information. It is not a multi-clinic comparison service, a directory, or an independent review of dental providers.

3. No medical advice

The service is informational only. It does not provide medical or dental advice, diagnosis, or a treatment plan, and using it does not create a doctor-patient relationship with the clinic or with us. Only a qualified clinician who has examined you can tell you what treatment you need. If you have a dental emergency or a medical concern, seek professional care.

4. Prices and other information

All prices returned by the service are indicative “from” figures published by the clinic. They are not quotations and not binding offers. The applicable price, treatment plan, and guarantee terms for any individual are confirmed by the clinic after a clinical assessment, and can differ from the indicative figures.

Information is provided as published by the clinic at the time of the request and may change. We do not take payment and the service cannot be used to book, pay for, or commit to any treatment.

5. Callback requests

A callback request may only be submitted for yourself, or for someone who has authorised you to share their details. You must give explicit consent, and you must provide at least a phone number or an email address. Do not include medical or health information in a callback request.

Once sent, a callback request cannot be recalled by us, because it has already been delivered to the clinic. To have your details deleted afterwards, see the Privacy Policy. Submitting a request does not oblige you to proceed with any treatment, and does not oblige the clinic to accept you as a patient.

6. Acceptable use

You must not: submit another person's details without their permission; send false, automated, or bulk callback requests; attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse-prevention measures; probe, overload, or interfere with the service; or use the service to misrepresent the clinic. Requests are rate limited, and we may suspend access that breaches these rules.

7. Third-party platforms

You may reach the service through a third-party assistant platform (for example ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini). Those platforms are operated independently of us and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how a platform presents, summarises, or paraphrases the information the service returns.

8. Availability

The service is provided free of charge and without any service level commitment. We may change, suspend, or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time, and we may perform maintenance without notice.

9. Intellectual property

The software, its interfaces, and this website belong to ITExpert24 LTD. Clinic content (including prices, treatment descriptions, guarantee terms, and doctor profiles) belongs to Taki Dent and is provided for informational use. You may not scrape, republish, or resell the content as a dataset or a competing service without permission.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any warranty that the information is complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITExpert24 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on indicative prices or other informational content, or for the clinical care, conduct, or communications of the clinic, which is an independent business. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
